"I distinctly remember my first visit to Bellingham in 1976 to visit some friends who were attending Western Washington University. By chance, I ended up driving down 17th Street on Bellingham’s picturesque South Hill and was absolutely blown away by the grand old homes and the magical setting. I think then I made the decision to make Bellingham my home and by 1979 that dream had become a reality. Now, 27 years later, I’m in the enviable position of promoting this special corner of the world through my chosen career in real estate. I still get a kick out of seeing the look on the faces of new arrivals to Whatcom County as they are introduced to this amazing place that we are fortunate enough to call home."
